Рекордный суп Тшакьяшыд: гастрономический триумф Кудымкара (Россия)

In the capital of the Komi-Permyak Okrug, the national dish gained global recognition. During a grand festival honoring the region’s 100th anniversary, a culinary record was set: an unprecedented number of servings of «Tshakyashyd» were prepared, symbolizing deep respect for Komi-Permyak culture and traditions.
